The year of build of the property is unknown, it is of solid construction. In the 70s, an extension was built and the bathroom upstairs modernised. On the extension, there is a spacious roof terrace with views over the village to the Mosel. The oil central-heating was renewed 7 years ago. The property is well kept and further modernisation can be done over time. Close to the property, there are 3 parking spaces belonging to it.
Bremm (850 inhabitants) is a small wine village between Cochem and Zell with a pretty Mosel frontage and narrow, cobbled streets with many old, half-timbered houses. In the village and its neighbour Ediger-Eller (3 km) there are small shops, restaurants, a kindergarden and primary school. High schools, doctors, hospitals, shopping centres, etc. are in Zell and Cochem, two of the most beautiful wine towns in the Mosel valley. In the area there are numerous tourist attractions and sports activities like golfing, paragliding, extended walking and cycle routes and many water sports. An hourly bus service connects Bremm with the railway lines at Cochem and Bullay. The motorway and Frankfurt-Hahn airport are only 30 min. away, so that easy access from and to all parts of Europe is guaranteed.
