The condominium offered here is located on the first floor of a three-family house built in 1981. It was built on a 719 m² building plot in solid construction. Only a small step separates it from ground-level access.
In recent years, the apartment has been partially renovated, with a fireplace in the open-plan dining area (2014) and a renewal of the heating system (electric heating - 2020). An age-appropriate shower was also installed.
In the condominium there is a guest toilet, a kitchen with pantry, an open dining area with wood stove, 2x bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower and a bright living room. The front hallway can be converted into another small room. The front balcony is accessible from the dining area and the bedroom, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Bullay valley, Alf and Arras Castle.
In the basement there is a cellar room and a communal laundry room with space for your own washing machine and dryer.
As the apartment is currently still rented, we are unfortunately unable to provide any pictures.
The apartment is located in a highly sought-after residential area of the cozy wine village of Bullay, near Zell. It is in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, with a panoramic view of the vineyards and Alf with Arras Castle. Bullay is an extremely popular place to live and vacation thanks to the long-distance train connection and shuttle bus connections to Hahn Airport, which is also easy to reach without a car. Accordingly, there is a good infrastructure here with stores, restaurants, an elementary school, kindergarten and doctors. From here, you can explore the beauty of the Middle Moselle Valley on foot or by bike, and there are numerous events and activities for all generations to keep boredom at bay. The long-distance train station on the Koblenz-Trier line also makes it easy to visit the theater or go shopping, and all major German cities can be easily reached by train. Frankfurt-Hahn Airport guarantees inexpensive connections to the whole of Europe.
